The Edge. Some are born with it, some earn it through hard work, and some people miss it completely. No we don’t mean that bloke from U2 that always wears a hat, but instead the competitive element that turns a good paintball player into an exceptional one. Like any activity, getting the upper hand on the opposition is critical to tasting victory, and, luckily for you, we are about to give you the advantage.

Each of the Bedlam Game Zones, from Aberdeen to Edinburgh, is made up of the very best Game Zones you’ll find in Scotland. For the uninitiated, a Game Zone is simply where the action takes place – the business end of a day out at Bedlam. Our teams take great pride in designing, building and developing the hi-spec Game Zones that Bedlam is known for, from huge structural landscapes like The Fortress and The Tower, to tanks, old buses and even shanty villages. Of course, that’s only the beginning, as each totally unique Game Zone comes with it’s own mission, and that’s where the competition can get fierce.

However, back to The Edge. Starting from next week, we’re going to showcase a different Game Zone each week which will give you the chance to get to know what you face when you’re out in the field. From terrain to vantage points, each week we’ll be giving you the insider’s guide to getting to know our dramatic Game Zones.

To whet your appetite though, here’s a great taster of Bedlam Paintball Glasgow, taken at the end of last month.
