Some of you might know the name Greg Hastings? He’s not only a top tournament paintball player but now, thanks to Activision, a much loved video game star. However, Activision, the American video games publisher, has come under fire this week from Hastings after the paintball pro accused his publisher of trying to “steal my identity”.

Greg Hastings, who has a number of paintball games released under his name (like Greg Hastings Paintball 1 & 2, and Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball Max’d ) has told this week how he split with Activision after the billion-dollar games publisher tried to carry on making games using his name, despite both sides saying they didn’t want to work together any loner.

Thankfully though, this is a bit of a David & Goliath story and, after spending a no doubt ludicrous amount of money on lawyers, Greg Hastings won unanimously in court.

Just goes to show, you can’t keep a good paintball player down!
